At Northwest Church of God we love our little ones, and strive to teach them the Word of God on their level. Our Preschool Classroom ministers to children ages 3, 4, 5, and 6.We engage them with play and songs. Our main goal is to teach the Word of God in a fun and memorable way.

The theme for June 2024 is God Helps Us When We Are in Trouble.  We will be looking at stories from the book of Exodus. The five lessons are as follows:

  • God Hears the Israelites & God Hears Us When We Pray
    • People in bondage, God calls Moses at the burning bush
  • God Protects Us From Bad Things Like He Did the Israelites
    • God sent plagues to free the Israelites from Egypt
  • God Worked Miracles For the Israelites and For Us
    • Crossing the Red Sea (This lesson will be on Father’s Day)
  • God Provides Whatever We Need Like He Did For the Israelites
    • God gives water to the Israelites
  • Jesus Forgave Zacchaeus & He Forgives Us
    • Jesus met Zacchaeus

Our memory verse this month is:

“God… A very present help in trouble.”

Each month we will have a special coloring page for your child to print and color at home. If they bring it, completed, to class, they will receive an extra prize from our Prize Box.
